We have spend most of the day enjoying the sun, with Jo hitting the kitchen to make Piedmontese Peppers using this receipe from Simon Hopkinson then Kedgeree - these are both dishes that I wouldn't have usually tried but I was very pleased to find out they are both really good; we have decided to try and eat more vegetarian stuff in the future.
This will have to start after our few days in Paris next week where we will be eating foie gras, steak tartare and filthy meats!
