Saturday - Greek Chicken, Pitta, Chips & Salad

In the week we bought a chicken which Jo expertly butchered the breasts off (better value than pre-packed ones), where then covered in a lemon and herb marinade for 24 hours. 

A special mention to the olive oil that we in a balsamic dip that was delivered from Priorat Provenance in Scarborough - their story can be found here. It was 100% one of the best olive oils that we have ever had - peppery, fruity and obviously of a very high quality. I am already planning a bulk delivery for Christmas presents!!
